What's New on the 2020 Ford Expedition?

2020 Ford Expedition

The 2020 Ford Expedition is all the more functional, livable, and drivable!

The 2020 Ford Expedition boasts much of the capability of a typical F-150 pickup truck, but its family-hauling utility shines out like that of a large SUV. This model is based on the F-150, and also forms the foundation for the Lincoln Navigator.

The 2020 Ford Expedition got a few updates for the 2018 model year and is presently in its fourth generation. You can find this car in two sizes: the standard Expedition and the larger, longer-wheelbase Expedition Max. The latter adds more room to this already spacious car.

For the 2020 model, Ford makes available some fresh and exciting features. Every Expedition now comes with the standard Ford Co-Pilot360 suite, which is an incredible accident prevention tech. Ford’s also bringing a new King Ranch trim level, which echoes the version available on the F-150.

The unique ranch-inspired design elements of the car include gray bumper trim on the exterior and "Del Rio" leather in the interior bearing King Ranch emblems. Not to forget, you can also go for a new Black Accent package, which is available on the XLT trim level.

Safety Features
The suite of safety features on the 2020 Ford Expedition includes forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, blind-spot and rear cross-traffic warning, lane-keeping assist, automatic high beams, and inflatable rear seatbelts. You can also find standard airbags, stability, and trailer sways control, LATCH anchors, post-crash alert, and 911 assist.

Infotainment
Let’s not forget about entertainment on the go. The 2020 Ford Expedition comes standard with the signature SYNC 3 infotainment system. Ford has made the system much easier to use. It features a standard 8-inch touchscreen, which is responsive to inputs and swipe gestures. Supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, you can work well with Sync.

The Expedition has four USB ports, wireless phone charging, and a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, which can connect up to ten devices. Passengers sitting in the rear can enjoy an optional dual-headrest entertainment system that includes streaming from your device.
